Blueprint Lumina Consulting LLC was launched April 2021 and is designated to become the leading business and IT project management and consultancy services in the greater Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville areas in Northwest Arkansas (NWA). We seek to present our customers with professional, exceptional and noteworthy wide range of services with the primary focus on programme & project management, business process reengineering, optimization & modelling, business recovery & stabilization services.
Our project management and consulting services offering to business managers will maximize value at an effective cost. Blueprint Lumina Consulting LLC’s competitive advantage is that we are locating the business in a market full of opportunities. The founder and owner of Blueprint Lumina Consulting LLC, Fulvio Bernardi is a dynamic results-driven, detail-orientated skilled Programme/Project Manager with extensive experience in all major business functional & operational areas as well as project leadership, project management and service delivery. Fulvio is acknowledged for his sound decision-making talents borne out of intense business analysis, business acuity and big-picture vision. Fulvio is strategic, methodical, and reliable and enjoys the challenge to influence the business/project to deliver profitable growth and value-added contribution to the bottom-line. His foundation is based in financial accounting and controlling – this foundation supported by operational business line and general management allows for a forward-looking businessman acumen, judgement, and insight.

Our founder has extensive and unique experience spanning over 29 years in working with people in diverse environments (retail, wholesale, small & big operation, corporate and consulting environments.)

From the Founder…
I come across as a confident, friendly, and extremely presentable individual – ambitious, level-headed, balanced, and well-groomed. I thrive on problems and problem solving; I am analytical, exceptionally creative and enjoy innovation – a typical out of the box thinker. I am a mature and stable individual who knows what he wants out of life, I know my value and what I stand for. I do not ‘beat around the bush’ and believe that being transparent will always contribute to keep my employer and clients happy. I display characteristics that demonstrate integrity, assertiveness, honesty, and determination. People would regard me as firm but fair. Although I thrive and enjoy working within a team, I am also able to operate individually as well. I am inquisitive and show excellent leadership skills.
I have had extensive exposure to managing people, chairing meetings, taking decisions, and doing management/director-level presentations. In the early years of my career, I was heavily focused on output delivery but over time I have aligned my approach to be better balanced and people-oriented – this makes me more contained, calmer and it is easier to step back when a situation requires it.
My experience has afforded me to be sensitive to cultural/global differences and can adapt different management styles to suite different working environments and individuals. I have worked on many multi-national projects where different approaches and cultures have been present.
I would also describe myself as a pragmatist who articulates well and is able to communicate on all levels of society. Above all, I can remain on top of things and display firm commitment, follow-up constantly on deliver & quality and I am not afraid to take responsibility or accountability.
My passion and drive are to complete consulting jobs & projects within their given time frames on-time and on-budget delivery. To complement this, I have the experience and necessary skills to address the problems and come up with a solution on how to fix it. I can handle extremely stressful projects, circumstances, and pressure without losing focus or having to give up on quality or deliverables.
I trust my intuition and would normally allow that to guide me when having to make quick decisions.
